In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with a Gauge product, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gauge Precision Instruments guarantees that your purchases will be free of any defects in materials or workmanship. With normal use all Gauge products will give you years of trouble free operation. If any instrument should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it or repair it free of charge for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Any repair or replacement of a Gauge product does not extend the Warranty.

Most warranty repairs we receive are the result of bad cables or other hardware issues. For this reason, we do charge an initial fee to cover the cost of return postage. If we determine your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will promptly refund those shipping fees.
Refunds & Returns
Please note: Returns are strictly limited to 30-DAYS from the date you receive you receive your item*. The item must be in its original undamaged condition; it must be free of odors, in it’s original packaging and in resalable condition or no refund will be issued. All refunds must be approved in advance. When you receive your return authorization, print a copy of the email and include it in the package.
*A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any un-opened item.
*A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any opened item. This includes microphones, shock mounts, cases, power supplies, cables, etc.
